Erfaringane fr\u00e5 sist gong eg v\u00e5ga meg ut p\u00e5 slike kuliniske krumspring tilsa at det nok var lurast \u00e5 starta med fiiiiinhakka makrell i tomat. Dette har g\u00e5tt ganske godt. Porsjonspakkane har jo ikkje akkurat studentprisar. Difor slengte eg ein tradisjonell flykrasj-boks i handlekorga sist eg var p\u00e5 Rimi. No er han fort\u00e6rt. Og eg har l\u00e6rt meg ein hugseregel. \u00c5 starte dagen med dette urnorske(?) p\u00e5legget er ikkje eit triks. Den mentale utfordringa det er \u00e5 svelgja br\u00f8dskiva forbi dr\u00f8velen utan at det skal koma i kjapp retur er rett og slett <em>for mykje<\/em> s\u00e5 tidleg p\u00e5 morgonen!<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 for min eigen del vil alts\u00e5 ein leveregel i framtida vere \u00e5 utsettja fort\u00e6ring av flykrasj til godt <em>etter<\/em> klokka 1600.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I den seinste tida har eg utfordra meg sj\u00f8lv p\u00e5 frukostfronten og utvida menyen min med porsjonspakkar av makrell i tomat.
